Bonava commences production of 169 rental units in Lund

Bonava is commencing production of 169 rental units in the new Brunnshög district of Lund, Sweden. The Solkatten block will be completed in the third quarter of 2021.

The Solkatten block is located close to nature, communication links and a wide range of cultural activities. It is also within cycling distant of the new ESS and Max IV research facilities, Lund University and the Ideon research park. It is estimated that some 40,000 people will live and work in the area in the future.
