Bonava has sold an additional 152 rental apartments to the Bewag pension fund for a purchase price of approximately SEK 303 million. The project is located in Schönefeld and comprises seven buildings.

- It is gratifying that Schönefeld, which is only 25 kilometres from central Berlin, continues to grow as an attractive area, an area where we are very active in. Until 2023 about 1,000 homes will be developed there. These will include multi-family houses, row houses and single-family houses, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The project, which is located near to schools, stores and green areas, is expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit as of the first quarter of 2019.
