Bonava sells 74 apartments in Helsinki

Bonava is selling a rental project in Helsinki, Finland, to the investor ICECAPITAL Housing Fund V. The project comprises 74 rental apartments located in the new residential area of Postipuisto, close to Central Park. The project is expected to be recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2020.

- With this transaction, we are continuing to contribute to developing well-planned and attractive city districts in Helsinki and thus strengthening our position in the region. The project is aligned with our strategy to develop more rental apartments in Finland, says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

This project is located in the residential area of Postipuisto in the northern districts of Helsinki. The area is adjacent to Central Park, close to nature where a wide variety of outdoor activities are available.
