Bonava has sold a total of 210 building rights in Elinegård in Malmö, Sweden to Riksbyggen and Götenehus. The sale encompasses approximately 22,000 square meters of gross floor area based on a completed zoning plan.

- Riksbyggen and Götenehus are two solid companies that will help in the continued development of one of Malmö’s most expansive areas, says Fredrik Hemborg, Business Unit Manager, Bonava Sweden.

Elinegård is undergoing development and about 2,000 housing units, along with services, a school, pre-schools, parks and green areas will have been constructed once it is complete.

Both transactions will be recognised in profit when possession is taken on completion of land parcelling, preliminarily scheduled for the first quarter of 2018.
