Annual General Meeting

Enclosed please find protocol and presentation file from today's Annual General Meeting in Bonheur ASA The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bonheur ASA has today approved the financial statements and annual report of Bonheur ASA and the Group for 2008 and the Board`s proposal of an dividend of NOK 7.00 per share. The dividend is estimated to be paid on 11th June 2009 to shareholders registered as holding shares on the date of the AGM. As of 29th May 2009, the shares will be traded exclusive of dividend. All resolutions were in accordance with the Boards proposal.
