Sveafastigheter Fund III AB (”Sveafastigheter”) together with Scius Partners have acquired a portfolio with three grocery stores from VS-Hus.

The properties - which are located in Smedjebacken and Västerås, Sweden – are all hosting ICA as largest tenant.

-  The acquisition is a great complement to our existing Grocery Stores Portfolio which was acquired during 2013. Our strategy is to expand the portfolio and create a geographically diversified range within the grocery stores segment, with long term stable cash flow, says Mikael Pehrsson, Director at Sveafastigheter.

The grocery stores portfolio is owned by Sveafastigheter, with Scius Partners as co-owner and asset manager. Nordier Property Advisors has been advisor for the transaction.
