The staff at Bupa’s Ryland View Nursing Home, Arnhem Way, Tipton, West Midlands, are getting ready to welcome members of the local community to their Christmas pantomime on Friday 18 December at 2.30pm. The Mayor of Sandwell, Councillor Geoff Lewis, will be in attendance. ‘A black country tale’ tells the story of Mother Christmas who has one drink too many and a night of mayhem and fun begins. The pantomime, written by the activity co-ordinators at Ryland View Nursing Home, has been developed to celebrate the festive season and for staff to express their thanks to newly appointed home manager, Jill Ball, for all her hard work. Dawn Millard, activity co-ordinator at Bupa’s Ryland View Nursing Home, said: “We have spent a lot of time working on this pantomime and we have had a lot of fun writing it. We can’t wait to perform it for the residents and the Mayor and we hope everyone enjoys it.“ To enquire about attending please call Bupa’s Ryland View Nursing Home on 0121 520 1577.
