New distributors on key markets in Europe and discontinuance of cooperation with the German company LAP.

C-RAD AB with its three fully owned subsidiaries is all active in the field of
radiation therapy. Sales of agreed minimum volumes to the German company LAP
has during last two years not been fulfilled. The relationship will until
further notice be discontinued. Sales activities to markets previously
supported by LAP have started. 

The private label agreement with the German company LAP was signed
September/October 2006. The cooperation started as expected with sales and
deliveries of 9 systems during first year. However during last two years
expected volumes have not been reached. C-RAD has already entered markets
previously supported by LAP. New distributors have been signed up in Spain,
France and Great Britain. First visits to conferences and important customers
have been carried through. Important is to get sales started on key markets
like Germany and China.

“Lack of sales to a main part of the European market and to the fast growing
Chinese market has been of great frustration.  It is a necessity for C-RAD to
reach its objectives to have a strong position in these regions. On short
notice sales activities have started up in Spain, France and Great Britain. 

R/ D resources can fully be focused on the C-RAD Sentinel system instead of
running development projects for two different systems.”
