COD – RAISE OF LOANS FROM SHAREHOLDERS

Codfarmers ASA has today entered into loan agreements with Kontrari AS and Dolphin Management AS for unsecured loans of a total amount of NOK 15 million. The loans shall accrue interest with NIBOR 6 months + 7% p.a. and fall due for repayment on 31 December 2012.

The loans shall be used in connection with the financing of the increased release of juveniles in 2012, from 3.3 million to 4.3 million juveniles. In addition, the loans will cover a liquidity need which is a result of a 4 weeks shift in the harvesting plan in connection with the transition to a new harvesting facility.
