The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 28 May 2009 at 10 a.m at Shippingklubben (9th floor), Haakon VII's gate 1 in Oslo.

A printed version of the notice together with the Annual Report for 2008 will be sent to all shareholders by mail today, May 14.

The Annual Report for 2008 was published on 30 April 2009 and will be available in English on www.codfarmers.com.
