Nuttela® Frappuccino® Is February's Favorite Starbucks Secret Recipe

GoLocalApps announces most popular “secret” recipes for February 2014

SACRAMENTO, California, March 13, 2014  -- GoLocalApps announces the Nuttela Frappuccino as February's most favorited secret recipe from their Secret Menu Starbucks Edition app. Using anonymous data collected from more than 10,000 Apple and Android users, Nuttela was the clear favorite recipe saved by users for easy ordering at Starbucks. Four of the five recipes are all pop-culture trends - Nuttela, Girl Scouts, and Harry Potter — and only two are hot drinks.

"I guess the Girl Scout cookie stands in front of grocery stores had an influence on people's drink choices last month," said Heidi Komlofske, CEO of GoLocalApps. "And cold drinks never seem to go out of popularity, even during winter."

During February, Starbucks fans were most often ordering:

#5 - Hipster Chai

#4 - Harry Potter Butterbeer Latte

#3 - Thin Mint Frappuccino®

#2 - Samoa Cookie Frappuccino®

#1 - Nuttela Frappuccino®

With more than 10,000 users in 55 different countries, Secret Menu Starbucks Edition gives users new recipes every week, submitted by professional baristas around the United States. Secret Recipes Starbucks Edition is a top five best-selling app in the iTunes Food & Drink category.
