Pearl Scan to Exhibit at Engineering Exhibition at the NEC

Pearl Scan, one of the country’s leading document scanning and digitisation services, is attending one of the UK’s biggest engineering exhibitions on 4 and 5 November. Based at The NEC in Birmingham, Advanced Engineering UK will be attended by some of the biggest names in the engineering sectors, and Pearl Scan will be promoting its aerospace document management services.

This is Pearl Scan’s first time exhibiting at Advanced Engineering UK, and team are excited to make important connections within the sector. With over 700 exhibitors and hundreds of industry professionals set to attend the event, the trade show provides great networking opportunities. With influential businesses and specialists in the automotive, motorsport, aerospace and energy sectors all under one roof, Pearl Scan hopes to explain to a range of companies how its scanning services can improve business operations.

Naveed Ashraf, Managing Director of Pearl Scan, says, “We’re so excited to be visiting Advanced Engineering UK for the first time. As a scanning service and electrical document management provider, we’re keen to explain to engineering sectors how we can improve their record keeping and daily administration processes. We want to help improve the industry by embracing the digital era and using modern technology to our advantage.”

Pearl Scan Solutions manually scans a variety of documents, files and records into any digital format required, from PDF to databases. As well as important legal paperwork, the company can also successfully scan CAD drafts, blueprints and technical drawings, microfiche and microfilm, aperture cards and aerial photography.

By bringing all of these paper documents together in a digital storage solution, engineering businesses can be much more efficient. A paperless system allows instant and easy sharing between colleagues, agencies and other outsourced services, and increases productivity by reducing the amount of time wasted during the retrieval process. Moreover, digital storage safeguards important documents from getting lost or damaged, which could cause compliance issues.

For over a decade, Pearl Scan has been helping businesses across a range of sectors harness the power of the digital revolution. The highly qualified team provide a scanning service which is more affordable and easier to implement than many companies anticipate. Trusted by KONE, the BBC and Manchester Metropolitan University, your documents are in good hands at Pearl Scan.
