The Banner Homes MyPad app is an interactive property feature guide, taking buyers literally to the heart of the home. Created for premium home builder Banner Homes, the app invites potential clients to don their virtual hard hats and take a complete tour of any one of the brand’s luxurious properties. Adsynergy’s creation breezes through walls and delves under floors to discover all of the hidden features that make the houses such desirable homes.
Packed with 360 views, plans, digital brochures and video, MyPad sets the standard for all property viewings. By highlighting some of the unique features not visible at first glance during a traditional viewing, MyPad shows what a show home can not; all of the technological integrations, energy saving measures and seamless design features that sit discreetly behind the scenes. From soundproofed solid floors and underfloor heating to room control functions, smart home control, room temperature control, suited keys and en-suite downlights, the app gives an architect’s eye view of the often concealed features that make Banner Homes properties such luxurious abodes.
Just like the homes themselves, MyPad has been developed, featured and packaged for the 21stCentury.
