With the world's first smartphone app for booking and managing trackdays, driving events and test days, Circuit Booking is further expanding its service for motor sports enthusiasts. Since autumn 2020, the company has been offering concrete offers for private customers who are passionate about driving their cars or motorbikes on the race track. Circuit-booking.com was founded around ten years ago by motorsport experts Sebastian Herke (formerly Head of Formula BMW) and Dr. Carsten Tilke (Tilke Architects & Engineers) as an international digital B2B marketplace for racetracks. Due to the great demand in the B2C sector, the offers for motor sports enthusiastic end customers will be bundled on the circuit booking website and in the globally unique app in the future. The B2B business will continue to run fully integrated, but under the separate brand name "Circuit Business".

Circuit Booking is once again setting industry standards in the selection of offers, booking and booking management of trackdays and training sessions at the racetrack and is ensuring greater convenience and service quality with the app. Its range of functions goes far beyond the actual booking process.

The selected on-track experience can be booked with just a few clicks without having to register with the respective organizer again and again. The individual profile is managed centrally by the user – including all booking-relevant data. Users can add vehicles to their virtual garage, and there are currently 66,000 vehicles to choose from. At the same time, the website and app also make it possible to book organizer-specific additional services such as pit parking spaces, catering, individual coaching or the addition of second drivers or co-pilots. Payment is made securely by credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay directly to the respective organizer. There are no booking or credit card fees.

The repositioning of Circuit Booking is moving forward

Accompanying the booking process, the system allows paperless access to bookings already made, changes or cancellations, receiving push messages from the organizer, for example, or chatting with customer service at any time.

"We love convenient user experiences and have incorporated all our know-how from more than ten years of handling bookings around racecourses into the development of the app and marketplace technology. The app forms the basis for further features that we will introduce

step by step for the trackday community. This reflects our self-image of consistently aligning our offer and service to customer wishes," says Sebastian Herke.

At the same time, the app is another building block in the repositioning of Circuit Booking. "The great interest since the launch of our trackday marketplace at the end of 2020 has of course made us very happy. We realized that addressing end customers and business customers from the motorsport environment at the same time does not really do justice to either of these dialogue groups. By separating B2B and B2C business, we create clarity for our customers and at the same time the possibility to address both areas in a more targeted manner. The website has been redesigned and now offers new functions in addition to a better overview and a stronger focus on the end customer business. On the circuit-booking.com page and in the corresponding app, the end customer will in the future find exclusively services related to his passion - active participation in trackdays, driving events and motorsport training," Herke concludes.

The app is available free of charge under the name Circuit Booking in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

About circuit-booking.com

Race track booking by mouse click. Simple, transparent, digital. With this claim, HTA Circuit Booking GmbH was founded in 2011 by the motor sports experts Sebastian Herke (former Head of Formula BMW), Dr. Carsten Tilke (Tilke Architects & Engineers) and Dirk Adorf (former works driver for BMW Motorsport). What has been standard for hotel rooms or flights for over a decade, Circuit Booking has since transferred to the worldwide marketing of race tracks. Thanks to the world's largest database in this area, 480 tracks in Europe, Asia or the USA can now be booked under the circuit-booking.com domain - including coveted tracks such as the Nürburgring, Indianapolis Motorsport Speedway, Laguna Seca, Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi or the Shanghai International Circuit. Circuit Booking supports customers such as car manufacturers, automobile clubs or event organizers in all phases of the booking process for tracks that are required for vehicle tests, track days, incentives or driving experience courses.

In addition to brokering customers, Circuit Booking offers race track operators extensive support with the world's only cloud-based track management software and customized white-label solutions - from resource management, event planning, invoicing and accounting to evaluations and statistics.

In order to make all marketing options for a racetrack easier and thus more attractive for all sides in a changing market, Circuit Booking regularly adds innovative content to its digital product portfolio. This includes the world's first smartphone app for booking and managing trackdays, driving events and test days.
