Søren Morbitzer Christoffersen new CFO as of August 1, 2011

Mr Søren Morbitzer Christoffersen is appointed CFO for the Zacco Group as of August 1, 2011 and will be working from Zacco’s Hellerup (Copenhagen) office. Søren takes over from Annette Lindgreen.

Søren Morbitzer Christoffersen has a strong financial and general management background from various CFO positions with international companies in Denmark and abroad. Since 1997, Søren has held different positions within A.P Møller Maersk, the most recent one being Global Head of Treasury, Tax, Accounting and CCO at Damco International A/S. For most of the years with A.P.Møller Maersk, however, Søren worked as CFO for the Svitzer Group. Prior to A.P.Møller Maersk, Søren worked with Xerox, TDC, Citibank and KPMG.

Søren Morbitzer Christoffersen holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and graduated as a State Authorised Public Accountant.
