East Capital Holding completes its acquisition of Adrigo Asset Management
East Capital Holding has completed the previously announced acquisition of Adrigo Asset Management. Adrigo becomes the absolute return and specialised strategies platform of the East Capital Group, sitting alongside the East Capital, East Capital Real Estate and Espiria families of funds.
Adrigo Asset Management currently manages approximately EUR 50m of assets in two award-winning hedge fund strategies, Adrigo Hedge and Adrigo Small & Mid Cap L/S. The fund managers of Adrigo Small & Mid Cap L/S have remained with the company and will continue to manage the funds going forward. East Capital Holding will also add new resources to Adrigo Hedge in consultation with Adrigo’s CIO, Staffan Östlin. Adrigo’s funds will retain their basic asset management principles of low and controlled risk, while targeting absolute returns.
