Efecte expands its cloud-based IT service management solution

Efecte is adding access and device management technology to Efecte ITSM Cloud, a cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) solution launched in January 2014. Access management significantly improves organizations' data security by ensuring that only people with the right access authorization can process data. Comprehensive device management raises the efficiency of IT work and lowers costs since all hardware, including mobile devices, is registered and appropriately managed. Efecte ITSM Cloud will be delivered through a local cloud environment in all Nordic Countries. This will ensure that business critical data stays in the customer's home country, where it belongs.
