By reason of Electrolux Professional having provided an update on the impact of the coronavirus on Electrolux Professional through a press release on March 15, 2020, the company has prepared a supplement to the prospectus regarding admission to trading of the shares in Electrolux Professional on Nasdaq Stockholm published on March 10, 2020. As mentioned in the press release on March 15, 2020, the fluid situation is developing rapidly. Since March 15, 2020, for example, French authorities have increased their countermeasures, and Electrolux Professional has started to experience difficulties in receiving components to its manufacturing units, as well as in the outbound flow of products, in France, and is now implementing additional measures to adapt manufacturing at the affected sites to reduce production, including temporary closures.

The supplement has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is, together with the prospectus, available on Electrolux Professional’s (www.electroluxprofessional.com/corporate) and Electrolux (www.electroluxgroup.com) websites.
