Enersize register subsidiary in mainland China and open new office in Shanghai

Enersize has received approval of a newly registered subsidiary in mainland China under the name“Enersize (Shanghai) Energy Technology Co., Ltd.”

Enersize has at the same time opened a new office in Shanghai. 

The newly registered company is fully owned by Enersize.

Enersize have previously a subsidiary registered in Hong Kong.

With a mainland registered company there is many advantages, mainly from a sales and marketing growth perspective but also for invoicing and international money transfer. The reason for the registration is due to the company plans to start invoicing Chinese clients on a larger scale than before, making a mainland registered company an important part for Enersize ongoing business operations. 

Sami Kyllönen VP China Operations has been appointed as the CEO for the new company.
