European Lingerie Group AB announces further delay in delivery of annual report 2019
On 29 April 2020 European Lingerie Group AB (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries from time to time, the “Group”) announced that it would not be able to deliver its annual audited financial statements for the year 2019 on or prior to 30 April 2020 as previously communicated in its reporting calendar due to uncertainty related to Covid-19 situation and its impact on the financial position of the Company. Furthermore, the Company announced, that it has ongoing discussions with certain holders of the Bonds and other investors to find solutions for the Group which are required to be completed prior to annual report release.
However, as the Company has not yet reached an agreement with the holders of the Bonds to date, it will not be able to deliver its annual audited financial statements for the year 2019 on 20 July 2020, as previously announced. The expected date of delivery of the annual audited financial statements for the year 2019 is 17 August 2020.
