Changed number of shares and votes in Ferronordic Machines AB (publ)

During May 2018, Ferronordic Machines AB (publ) (“Ferronordic”) redeemed 66,728 A-preference shares. As a result, the number of shares and votes in Ferronordic decreased by 66,728 shares and 6,672.8 votes. Following the decrease, the total number of shares and votes in Ferronordic amounts to 14,532,434 shares and 14,532,434 votes. All outstanding shares are ordinary shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 1,297,498.83.
