The 200.852 Outokumpu Oyj`s shares subscribed with the option
rights 1998 and the 19 675 shares subscribed with the
Outokumpu Oyj`s convertible bond 1999 will be traded on
the Helsinki Exchanges as old shares as of 31 October
2003.
