HP:n uudet tukipalvelut tuovat tehoa ja säästöjä virtuaalipalvelinympäristöihin
HP julkistaa tänään kattavan tukipalveluvalikoiman. Sen avulla liiketoimintakriittisiä sovelluksia virtuaalisilla HP ProLiant -palvelimilla käyttävät yritykset voivat samanaikaisesti yksinkertaistaa järjestelmiään, tehostaa niiden suorituskykyä ja leikata kuluja.
Uudessa HP Critical Advantage -palvelussa jokaiselle yritykselle määritetään oma asiakastiimi, joka tuottaa tarvittavat tukipalvelut sekä huolehtii liiketoimintakriittisten virtuaaliympäristöjen käytettävyydestä. Tiimit keskittyvät erityisesti ongelmatilanteiden ratkaisemiseen ja prosessien sujuvuuden hiomiseen. Näin asiakkaiden omat resurssit vapautuvat muuhun työhön.

Kustannusleikkausten ja resurssien parhaan mahdollisen hyödyntämisen lisäksi yritykset joutuvat ottamaan toiminnassaan huomioon erilaisia haasteita, jotka liittyvät bisneskriittisten sovellusten siirtoon toiseen järjestelmään. Suorituskyvyn parantamisesta ei saisi aiheutua niiden toimintaan odottamattomia käyttökatkoksia.
