Bloodborne™ herättää painajaiset eloon goottilaishenkisessä toimintaroolipelissä
Bloodborne™ tarjoaa armotonta toimintaa ja kauhua uuden sukupolven pelikonsolilla. Legendaarisen Souls-pelisarjan tekijöiden tuorein luomus johdattaa pelaajan kirottuun kaupunkiin, jonka varjoissa piileskelee joukko painajaismaisia olentoja. Peli julkaistaan yksinoikeudella PlayStation®4 -konsolille.
Bloodborne sijoittuu muinaiseen Yharnamin kaupunkiin, jonka asukkaat ovat raivoavan kulkutaudin vallassa. Selvittääkseen kirotun maan mysteerit, pelaajan on raivattava tieltään toinen toistaan vaarallisempia olentoja ja hulluuden partaalle vajonneita väkijoukkoja. Apunaan pelaaja käyttää monipuolista asevalikoimaa, joka muuntautuu taistelutilanteen vaatimalla tavalla.
Pelin kehittäneet Hidetaka Miyazaki ja From Software tunnetaan aiemmin julkaistuista Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls ja Dark Souls II -peleistä. Bloodborne edustaa pelistudiolle tunnusomaista lajityyppiä, joka haastaa pelaajan monilla eri tasoilla. Aiempaa intensiivisempi taistelumekaniikka vaatii pelaajalta hyökkäävän ja taktisen pelityylin yhdistelyä.
