Done Solutions Oyj:n vuoden 2002 optio-oikeuksilla merkityt
uudet osakkeet (DSO1VN0106) 135.000 osaketta, otetaan
kaupankäynnin kohteeksi uusina osakkeina NM-listalle
8.2.2006 alkaen.

Edellyttäen, että osakkeet merkitään kaupparekisteriin 7.2.2006.

Uudet osakkeet yhdistetään vanhoihin osakkeisiin
osinkoeron poistuttua.

A total of 135 000 new shares (DSO1VN0106) subscribed
with the 2002 option rights of Done Solutions Corporation will be
traded as new shares on the Helsinki Stock Exchange’s
NM List as of 8 February 2006.

Presuming that the shares have been entered in the
Finnish Trade register on 7 February 2006.

The new shares will be merged with the old shares after the
dividend rights are equal.
