SOTKAMO SILVER SOPINUT MUUTOKSISTA JOUKKOVELKAKIRJALAINAAN JA VAHVISTAA KASSAPOSITIOTAAN

Sotkamo Silver AB:n 100%:sti omistama tytäryhtiö Sotkamo Silver Oy on neuvotellut uudet ehdot EUR 13,200,000 joukkovelkakirjalainaan (Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes 2018 ISIN:FI4000315379). Joukkovelkakirjan muutoksen kirjallinen menettely on joukkovelkakirjan ehtojen mukaisesti saatettu päätökseen tänään.
Joukkovelkakirjan ehtoihin velkasijoittajat ovat hyväksyneet seuraavat muutokset:
- Yhtiölle vapautuu vuosittaisen koron EUR 1,320,000, määrä pantatulta tililtä;
- Takaisinmaksu siirtyy myöhäisemmäksi siten, että 31.3.2021 alkaen yhtiö kerää joka vuosineljännes EUR 1,350,000 yhteensä EUR 5,400,000 vuoden 2021 aikana. Aiempi ehto oli, että joka vuosineljännes Q3 2020 alkaen takaisinmaksua varten yhtiö kerää EUR 900,000 pantatulle tilille, yhteensä EUR 1,800,000 vuoden 2020 aikana ja yhteensä EUR 3,600,000 vuoden 2021 aikana.
- Käyttöpääoman rahoitus tililimiitillä on sallittu EUR 2,000,000 asti EUR 1,000,00 sijaan.
Ehtojen muutoksia joukkovelkakirjalainan kirjallisessa muutosmenettelyssä tukivat sijoittajat, jotka omistavat yli 66,7 % joukkovelkakirjalainasta.
Ehtojen muutokset parantavat Sotkamo Silverin rahoitusasemaa vuoden 2020 aikana.
