Lehdistötiedote 30.April.2004 TeliaSoneran ostotarjous Eesti Telekomista sai Viron kilpailuviranomaisten hyväksynnän Viron kilpailuviranomaiset ovat 28.4.2004 antaneet hyväksyntänsä TeliaSoneran tekemälle tarjoukselle ostaa kaikki jäljellä olevat AS Eesti Telekomin osakkeet, jotka eivät vielä ole TeliaSoneran omistuksessa. Tarjous julkaistaan virallisesti tänään virolaisissa sanomalehdissä. Tarjouskirjeen vironkielinen ja englanninkielinen painettu versio ovat saatavana Hansapankin pääkonttorista Tallinnassa osoitteessa Liivalaia 8 huhtikuun 30. päivästä alkaen sekä sähköisessä muodossa Tallinnan pörssin verkkosivuilla (www.hex.ee) ja TeliaSoneran omilla verkkosivuilla (www.teliasonera.com/ir) tästä päivästä lähtien.
