Conversion of Funcom N.V. to Funcom SE

Reference is made to the Oslo Stock Exchange notification made on 17 May. The conversion of Funcom from a N.V. (Naamloze Vennootschap) to a SE (Societas Europaea) has been formalized today and registered with the Dutch Trade Register. Effective today, Funcom N.V. changed its legal form to Funcom SE.
