New share capital and number of shares in HANZA Holding

The non-cash issue of 3,000,000 shares which HANZA Holding executed in connection with the acquisition of RITTER Elektonik GmbH has been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Following the transaction, the Group’s registered share capital has increased by SEK 300,000 and now amounts to SEK 3,397,993. As per today, 30 August 2019, the last trading day of the month, total shares in the HANZA Holding AB (publ) amount to 33,979,928. There is only one share class.
