Increase in share capital and number of shares in HANZA Holding AB (publ)

The non-cash issue of 1,800,000 shares which HANZA Holding executed in connection with the acquisition of Suomen Levyprofiili Oy (SLP) was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on April 1, 2021. Thus, the Group’s registered share capital increased by SEK 180,000 and now amounts to SEK 3,577,993. As of April 30, 2021, the last trading day of the month, the share total in HANZA Holding AB (publ) amounts to 35,779,928. There is only one share class.
