D. Carnegie & Co AB changes name to Hembla AB

The name change will take place on the 31 October 2018 and is intended to clarify the Company’s orientation.  Through the new name the company wants to emphasize the core of its business model – our tenants and their homes.

On 13 September 2018 D. Carnegie AB (publ) announced that the board of directors of the company had decided to change the name to Hembla AB (publ). On 16 October 2018 the extra ordinary general meeting of the shareholders in the company decided in accordance with the suggestion from the board. The new name has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

- This is the beginning of a new chapter for the Company. Our tenants and their homes are our main priority and the new name helps us to focus on this priority and make this even clearer, both to our tenants and to others that may come in contact with us, says Svein Erik Lilleland, CEO of the Company.

The official launch of the Company’s new name includes a new web site and graphical profile. The share will be traded under the name Hembla Ab (publ) and the trading symbol at Nasdaq will be HEM B, as of 31 October 2018.
