Prospectus regarding Hemtex’s rights issue now published

As previously announced Hemtex AB (publ) has decided on a rights issue with preferential rights for existing shareholders. Total proceeds from the issue will amount to approximately SEK 164 million.

The Board of Directors of Hemtex has prepared a prospectus in relation to the rights issue, and the prospectus has been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw: Finansinspektionen). The prospectus will be distributed by mail to directly registered shareholders. Shareholders whose holdings are nominee-registered at a bank or other nominee should promptly contact the nominee for information and further instructions.
