Publication of change in the total number of shares and votes in Hemtex

Due to the rights issue of shares in Hemtex AB (publ) (“Hemtex”), the total number of shares and votes in Hemtex as of 29 May 2009 amounts to 40,995,480. The remaining part of the rights issue, 76,880 shares, will be registered at the beginning of June 2009 and thus result in a change in the total number of shares and votes in Hemtex in June 2009.
