HiQ has won an order to take responsibility for training and implementation of the Projektil project method for Blekinge County Council. Projektil was developed by Stockholm County Council and can be described as a version of the project models currently on the market that has been adapted to meet the needs of county councils.

“The County Council works on continual improvement. Our aim is to improve quality through individual projects, but we also need more coherent development. That’s why we decided it was necessary to use a common project model. HiQ has a sound knowledge of various project management methods and we are looking forward to sharing in that knowledge,” says Marie Kullving of the Centre of Excellence at Blekinge County Council.

“At HiQ we work on projects in which we solve advanced technical challenges close to our clients under great time pressure. We have managed and supported various projects using a number of different project methods for several years and are experts in this area. We are therefore delighted to be able to develop the project climate further at Blekinge County Council. With many years’ experience of working with public sector organisations, we know how their day-to-day operations work and the knowledge they need in order to run complex development projects,” says Klas Nyström, Managing Director of HiQ Karlskrona.
