HKScan Corporation, Stock Exchange Release, 30 January 2019, 13:00 EET

The Extraordinary General Meeting of HKScan Corporation, held on 30 January 2019 in Turku elected the following members for the Board of Directors based on proposals of the Board of Directors’:

Election of the members of the Board of Directors

The EGM resolved that the number of actual members of the Board of Directors is five (5) and that two (2) deputy members will be elected to the Board of Directors.

Reijo Kiskola and Per Olof Nyman continue as Board members and Carl-Peter Thorwid as deputy Board member until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2019.

Jari Mäkilä, Harri Suutari and Terhi Tuomi were elected as new members of the Board of Directors, until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2019. In addition, Ilkka Uusitalo was elected as new deputy Board member until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2019.

At the organizational meeting after the EGM, the Board re-elected Reijo Kiskola as Chairman and elected Jari Mäkilä as Vice Chairman.
