JM Sells Rentals in Täby

JM has sold a rental project in Hägernäs Strand in Täby with a total of 52 apartments. The buyer is Heba Fastighets AB. The purchase price is SEK 85m.

The “Markan” project includes 52 apartments for a total of about 2848 m2. Occupancy and payment will take place immediately. Capital gains of SEK 4 million will be reported during the fourth quarter of 2009. The project in brief: Within walking distance of the beach and close to communications, “Markan” consists of four new buildings with a total of 52 rental apartments. The apartments, which will feature 1 to 3 rooms with kitchens, will maintain a high standard including fully tiled bathrooms and parquet flooring in all rooms. All of the buildings will comply with JM’s standard for low-energy houses.
