JM Sells Residential Property in Stockholm

JM has sold a residential property with 48 rental apartments to a newly formed tenant-owners' association in Gullmarsplan in Stockholm. The purchase consideration, a total of SEK 58 million, is received today. Capital gains of SEK 4 million will be reported during the first quarter of 2009.
