JM sells senior housing projects in Sigtuna and Nacka, Stockholm

JM has sold two senior housing projects with a total of 117 apartments. The buyers are KPA, which belongs to the Folksam Group, and Diligentia. The total purchase price is SEK 209 million, the majority of which was received in November. Capital gains of SEK 28 million will be reported during the fourth quarter of 2009.

The projects in brief: “Ymerplan,” special housing for the elderly in Sigtuna, 5,400 m2, 72 apartments. Buyer: KPA, which belongs to the Folksam Group. “Lillängen,” special housing for the elderly in Nacka, 2,685 m2, 45 apartments. Buyer: Diligentia.
