Registration of share capital Reference is made to the previous announcements published regarding subsequent offering in Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA. Registration of share capital The share capital increase following the subsequent offering has been registered today in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises ("Foretaksregisteret"). The share capital is now NOK 203,384,065,50 divided into 406,768,131 shares each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50. The shares subscribed and paid for in the subsequent offering, 81,593,827 new shares will be issued today and be immediately listed on Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker code "KOA".
