9 November 2009 Free seminar helps improve performance and increase efficiency for local businesses Taylor Made Training Solutions is hosting a free seminar aimed at improving communications and understanding why we behave the way we do, not only in business but in our personal lives too! The DISC management profiling tool seminar takes place at Taylor Made Computer Solutions headquarters at Cams Hall, Fareham on Wednesday 25 November 2009 from 4.30pm-6.30pm. Miles Henson, Director of Taylor Made Training Solutions, is also a Master Practitioner of the DISC profiling tool and is a keen advocate of how it can improve efficiency, relationships and customer service in many different types and size of companies. He explained: “DISC is a world-class people profiling tool, which allows users to have an insight into the real person and how that individual is likely to behave in the work place, and more importantly for business, how effective their interaction is with other managers, their team and colleagues. The seminar will provide an excellent starting point for individuals, teams and organisations towards making fully-informed decisions and improving performance .In 2008 Taylor Made achieved 8th Best Company to work for in the Sunday Times top 100 and has recently achieved ‘Gold Status’ in Investors in People. The use of the DISC tool was and is fundamental to the way we interact with each other in our business and how we form relationships with our Customers.’’ Each attendee will receive a complimentary graph analysis of their preferred behaviour style following the seminar. -ENDS- Words - 239 Notes to editors Taylor Made Computer Solutions (TMCS) is an exciting and growing specialist computer solutions company based in Fareham, Hampshire, providing complete professional IT and Training solutions for businesses varying in size from small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs), right through to multinational companies. TMTS shares the same passion for their clients, however small, initially carrying out a training audit of new clients, including staff and company needs, and producing a training-needs analysis which guides the client towards the goals of their Business Plan. This process enables TMTS to produce a bespoke course programme that works for the client, and which can be delivered at a time and place convenient to them. TMTS knows from their own experience that focusing on improving individual team IT skills and personal development increases business performance. It is this aim, to provide relevant and timely training that will enable its clients to do the same. www.tmcs.co.uk www.tmcstraining.co.uk For more information, please contact Colin Bridgman or Debbie Osborne at Logical Creative Marketing on 0845 345 6969 alternatively, email colin@lcm.co.uk or Debbie@lcm.co.uk
