In Botnia's Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 8 December 2009 Mikko
Helander from M-real was appointed new member of the Board and Tapani Sointu
from UPM-Kymmene as a deputy member. 


The Board of Directors consists of the following persons as of 8 December 2009:

Kari Jordan, President and CEO, Chairman of the Board
Hannu Anttila, Executive Vice President, Strategy
Martti Asunta (M.Sc., Forestry)
Mikko Helander, President and CEO
Juha Mäntylä, Executive Vice President, Wood supply
