FINNFOREST CORPORATION MERGED TO METSÄLIITTO COOPERATIVE

Metsäliitto Group subsidiary Finnforest Corporation has been merged to parent
company Metsäliitto Cooperative 31 March 2006. The merger took place according to
the merger plan accepted by the Board of Directors of both companies on 27
September 2005.
