An accident at the production plant of Metsä Tissue Krapkowice Sp. z o. o.
On May 25, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., an accident took place at the production plant of Metsä Tissue Krapkowice sp. z o. o.
The accident happened in the Paper Machines area during maintenance work and concerned three employees of the Maintenance Department. The accident was caused by leakage of steam.
An ambulance, fire brigade and police were called to the scene.
The victims were receiving medical attention. No material damage was caused to the mill premises.
