Metso Outotec updates the terms of its Euro Medium Term Note programme

Metso Outotec Corporation has updated its EUR 2 billion Euro Medium Term Note (“EMTN”) programme. The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier has approved the base prospectus for the programme on 22 November 2022, which will be available on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and on Metso Outotec’s website.

Metso Outotec has mandated Citigroup Global Market Limited to act as an arranger of the EMTN programme.
