Financing – appointment of adviser

With reference to the information in the notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange of 20 May, stating that DiaGenic were in the final negotiations with UK investment banks regarding the engagement as financial adviser, the company is pleased to announce that Singer Capital Markets Limited have been appointed as corporate broker and financial adviser. The Board of Directors now will initiate the work required for the proposed fundraising in the international equity markets to secure financing for the activities of the company for a period of at least one year.
