Anders Dahlvig proposed as new Chairman of the Board in New Wave Group AB (publ)

The nomination committee proposes that Anders Dahlvig is elected new Chairman of the Board in New Wave Group at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which takes place May 19, 2009 in Gothenburg.

This means that the nomination committee's entire proposal to the Company's AGM is as follows: Re-election of Torsten Jansson and Mats Årjes as members and new election of Anders Dahlvig, Göran Harstedt, Kinna Bellander and Helle Kruse Nielsen as members with Anders Dahlvig as Chairman. No deputy board members suggested. Hans Johansson, Maria Andark and Peter Nilsson have declined re-election.
