Correction of previous PR regarding reporting of transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities or closely associated with them in Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S’ shares

In the Press release published on the 1 April it was reported the transaction was done by the person himself, whereas it was actually done through a closely associated company. The corrected press release follows in full below.
