Stavanger, 23 April 2014: Production from the Huntington field in the UK has been interrupted since 12 April whilst work is undertaken to replace a number of couplings that are part of the inert gas system on the floating production and storage unit.

According to information conveyed by the operator to the license partners, the work is now progressing as planned and a full production restart is expected between 30 April and 7 May.

Assuming no further production this month, the Huntington production will constitute a daily average for April of approx. 1 900 barrels of oil equivalents to Noreco. For comparison, Huntington yielded 5 573 barrels of oil equivalents to Noreco in March.

Noreco will provide an update on the Huntington situation in the regular monthly production update for April, which will be posted in the first week of May at the latest.
