Mandatory notification of trade

Stavanger, 22 December 2014: Øyvind Sørbø, VP Commercial and primary insider in Norwegian Energy Company ASA («Noreco»), has today transferred 13 542 shares in Noreco from his wholly owned investment vehicle Cløver AS to his private holding. 

After this, Øyvind Sørbø will own 13 542 shares in Noreco. Cløver will no longer hold any shares in Noreco.

Cløver AS is in the process of liquidation, and the completion accounts are based on the value as of 17 November. The transfer has thus been made at the quotation of NOK 2.40 per share.
