Oslo, 9 August 2022: Marianne W. Eide, Chief Operating Officer of Norwegian Energy Company ASA (“Noreco” or the “Company”), has today acquired 1,800 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 325.00 per share. Following the transaction, Marianne W. Eide holds a total of 1,800 shares in the Company.
